"My payslip doesn't match your calculator"
Small differences (£1–5) are normal due to rounding. Larger differences usually mean your tax code differs from the standard 1257L, or you have additional deductions (childcare vouchers, union fees, etc.) that we don't model. Check your tax code on your payslip first.
"Are you part of the NHS?"
No. My NHS Pay is an independent informational resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NHS England, NHS Scotland, NHS Wales, or any NHS Trust or health board.
"Can you add a feature?"
We're always improving. Send us an email with your suggestion and we'll consider it for future updates.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Data corrections are prioritised and typically fixed within 24 hours. We're a small team, so thank you for your patience.
